TELUS Corporation (NASDAQ:TU) reported net income for the first quarter of C$ 410.00 million or C$ 0.73 per share, compared to income of C$ 414.00 million or C$ 0.71 per share for the year-ago quarter.
The company reported first quarter adjusted net income of C$ 435.00 million or C$ 0.73 per share.
The topline results for the first quarter rose 6% to C$ 3.38 billion from C$ 3.18 billion in the same quarter last year.
Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected TELUS Corporation to report income of C$ 0.75 per share on revenue of C$ 3.36 billion for the first quarter.
